What kind of video can I upload?

MP4format, ideally cropped or resized to 480×480 pixels. We can provide instruction on that.

Can I change the video later?

Yes, you can overwrite the file anytime using a USB connection.

Why is not compactable with Mac yet?

Currently, our software is optimized for Windows PCs, leading to compatibility issues with macOS. This due to differences in how MP4 video files are handled between the two operating systems.
